  • Insurers/Brokers: In the event of a claim for loss or damage, we may need to provide your details to our insurance provider.
  • Sub-contractors: If we hire additional assistance to complete your move, strictly on a need-to-know basis.

  • Quote Data (no move booked): Retained for 12 months then deleted.
  • Customer Data: Retained for 6 years after the move to comply with HMRC tax records.

  • Request erasure of your personal data (where we have no legal reason to keep it).

He can also speak Malay and has moved nearly anything imaginable.
